Our revolutionary method of cooking allow your meal to be prepared with the natural flavour or the unique hint of Hickory, Willow, Maple, Cherry...etc. Which ever method is chosen, this BBQ oven guarantees not to burn the food, and in fact will hold the natural juices inside for a full-bodied taste. We supply a refrigeration unit,      preparation area and a power source if necessary. All equipment is provincially and federally inspected and certified. All meat supplied are GRADE A 1 and all salads,    vegetables, desserts, etc. are made fresh. Our top priority is to provide excellent quality and service in our menu preparation.
